What’s your favorite wordpress plugin that caught your eye and facilitated your work?

My site encounters 404 errors multiple times a day.

After I tried re-saving the fixed links, the site would work fine for a while, but then a little later it would get the 404 error again. The .htaccess file keeps changing on its own and I can’t seem to find a solution.
