Problème d'Elementor avec le site web

J'ai un client qui a un problème avec son site web. Il ne peut pas utiliser Elementor normalement.

Les modèles ne fonctionnent pas.

Header, footer and fonts don’t work. They can manually edit, but cannot use it by default. They also seem to be having an error saying:

“Sorry, the content area was not found in your page.

You must call ‘the_content’ function in the current template, in order for Elementor to work on this page”.

I would really appreciate if someone could help me solve this.
