Getting Started

How do I purchase a skill?

Browse the Skills marketplace, click “Add to Cart” on any skill, then proceed to checkout. After payment, you’ll receive an instant download link.

How do I install a skill?

Download the .skill.md file and place it in your agent’s skills directory (typically ~/agent/skills/). Your agent will automatically detect and load it. See our Quick Start guide for detailed instructions.

Which AI agents are compatible?

Purchases & Downloads

Where are my downloads?

After purchase, download links are available in your My Account page under “Downloads.” Links are also sent to your email.

Can I re-download a skill?

Yes. All purchases include unlimited re-downloads from your account page. If you need a fresh copy or updated version, just download again.

Do skills get updates?

Yes. All purchases include lifetime updates. When a skill is updated, the new version appears in your downloads automatically.

Payments & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported.

How do I get a refund?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email support@openbyt.com with your order ID and reason. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Technical Issues

My skill isn’t loading

Check that: (1) the file is in the correct directory, (2) it has valid YAML frontmatter, (3) your agent version is compatible. Run hermes skill validate ./file.skill.md to check for format errors.

Trigger phrase not working

Ensure the trigger doesn’t conflict with other loaded skills. Try the exact phrase listed in the skill’s documentation. If issues persist, contact support.
