By accessing or using OpenByt (openbyt.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
OpenByt provides a marketplace for purchasing and downloading AI agent skill files. Skills are digital products delivered electronically upon purchase.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
4. Purchases and Payments
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Each purchase grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the skill
- Prices may change; existing purchases are not affected
5. License Grant
Upon purchase, you receive a license to:
- Download and use the skill file for personal or commercial purposes
- Install the skill on unlimited devices you own or control
- Receive lifetime updates to the purchased skill
You may NOT:
- Redistribute, resell, or share purchased skill files
- Reverse-engineer skills to create competing products
- Remove or modify attribution or license notices
6. Refund Policy

7. Intellectual Property
All skills, content, and materials on OpenByt are protected by intellectual property laws. The OpenByt name, logo, and branding are trademarks of OpenByt Limited.
8. Limitation of Liability
OpenByt is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or purchased skills.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your license to use purchased skills remains valid, but access to download links may be revoked.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
