Data we process
Openbyt may process your account email, username, submitted public website URLs, scan results, saved reports, usage limits, subscription status, and support messages.
How data is used
We use this data to generate GEO and SEO reports, monitor saved projects, send weekly updates, prevent abuse, troubleshoot scans, and manage subscriptions.
Public website scans
When you submit a URL, Openbyt requests public HTML, metadata, headings, links, structured data, and related crawl signals. Openbyt does not bypass logins, paywalls, robots restrictions, or access controls.
Third-party services
Openbyt may use infrastructure, analytics, payment processors, OAuth providers, and AI or search APIs to operate the service. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Openbyt.
AI-assisted report generation
When AI review is enabled, Openbyt may send truncated public page text, metadata, detected issues, and score factors to configured AI API providers to improve report explanations and fix steps. Openbyt does not send account passwords, payment card data, or private analytics data for free public scans.
Payments
When you start a paid subscription, payment details are collected on hosted provider pages such as Stripe or Alipay. Openbyt may receive billing status, customer identifiers, invoice references, plan names, and renewal or cancellation metadata so the account dashboard can show the correct subscription state.
Retention
We keep account data and saved reports for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain billing records.
Deletion and choices
You can request account deletion, report deletion, or data export by contacting [email protected]. Some billing, security, and abuse-prevention records may be retained where required.
Cookies and analytics
Openbyt may use cookies, local storage, and analytics events for login sessions, language preferences, scan usage, product diagnostics, and conversion measurement.
