Acceptable use
You may use Openbyt to audit and monitor public websites that you own, manage, or are authorized to analyze. You must not use Openbyt to attack, overload, scrape private data, bypass access controls, or violate another site's policies.
Website scan authorization
By submitting a URL, you authorize Openbyt to request publicly available pages and metadata for analysis. Openbyt is designed for public HTML and does not guarantee that every site can be accessed or scanned.
Plan limits
Free accounts are limited to three websites, ten successful scans per day, three tracked prompts, twelve tracked keywords, one trial competitor, and the top issues shown in the free report. New accounts get twenty scans during the first day. Paid plan limits, monitoring frequency, prompt counts, history, exports, and support levels are shown on the pricing and checkout pages and may change with notice.
Billing
Paid plans renew until canceled. You can cancel from the customer center or by contacting [email protected]. Refund requests are reviewed under the refund window shown on the pricing or checkout page.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless the hosted payment provider indicates otherwise. Refund requests must be sent within the refund window and may require the account email, payment reference, and reason for the request.
Report accuracy
Reports provide optimization guidance and monitoring signals, not guaranteed rankings or guaranteed AI citations.
No ranking guarantee
Openbyt does not guarantee search rankings, traffic increases, conversions, or that ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI search, or any other system will cite your website.
Availability and limits
Free scans, monitoring frequency, exports, integrations, and support levels may be limited by plan. Some features depend on third-party APIs, payment providers, or user-provided credentials.
Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing recommendations before applying them to your website. Openbyt is provided as an analysis and workflow tool, and liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
